Project Genesis has launched the nation's first cloud-native Smart 5G™ network that changes the way we connect. Now live in 120+ cities and this is just the beginning.
DISH launched it’s cloud-native Smart 5GTM network in Jan 2022 and invited hand-selected, tech-forward early adopters to use its network. The feedback is collected through a game-like app that rewards customers for helping 5G engineers to fine-tune the network.

DISH Wireless needed a way to collect daily feedback from BETA users who are using its new 5G network. Since the network is new DISH wanted to have a gamified experience that will reward users for being patient and helping DISH discover and promptly resolve issues.

The project is ongoing and live in 120 cities with a high engagement rate across its beta users.
