Led product strategy, design and execution for Prudential’s next gen Pulse 2.0 app, which offers a quick health survey and provides an in-depth program with do-it-yourself fitness instruction videos, meal plans and a coach to keep users on the goal. App adjusts and adopts its program daily based on user’s performance.
Challenge

Prudential Plc was challenged with industry low registration and lead acquisition rates. Their onboarding Health Assessment completion rate was lower than 15% with only 4% registered to use. The app failed to engage the users, therefore resulting in a high churn rate.
